Proceed South on 4th Avenue to 868 4th Avenue. Entrance to Horton Plaza Parking Garage on right, just past Balboa Theatre.

From I-5 North:

North to the 6th Avenue off-ramp. Turn left on 6th Avenue to Ash Street. Turn right on Ash Street to 4th Avenue. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Proceed South on 4th Avenue to 868 4th Avenue. Entrance to Horton Plaza Parking Garage on right, just past Balboa Theatre.

From I-15 South:

15 South to 163 South. 163 South becomes 10th Avenue. Take 10th Avenue 2 blocks to B Street. Turn right on B Street to 4th Avenue. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Proceed South on 4th Avenue to 868 4th Avenue. Entrance to Horton Plaza Parking Garage on right, just past Balboa Theatre.

From Highway 94 West:

94 West to downtown. 94 West becomes F Street. Take F Street all the way (ends at 4th Avenue). Entrance to Horton Plaza Parking Garage is directly in front of you.
