Group Reservations FAQ:

How far in advance can I make group reservations?

Group reservations can generally be made months in advance of a given performance by calling (858) 459-3724 ext. 212. We recommend reserving your tickets early to ensure best seating. A credit card number must be provided to hold your reservation. This number will be used for reservation holding purposes only. A contract for your reservation will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.

When is payment due?

Upon placing an order, groups must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the order.  Balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performance date.  Sales occurring within two (2) weeks of performance must be paid in full upon date of order.  Payments must be made using a credit card or a single check payable to La Jolla Music Society.

Are there any senior, student, or military discounts when I reserve my group?

We do not offer additional discounts to seniors, students, or military personnel when making a group reservation. By combining existing group discounts with the convenience of reservation and payment flexibility, group discounts are a great value. We can help you to calculate how you could get the best ticket price based on your particular needs.

When will I receive my tickets?

After final payment has been made, tickets will be mailed to you at no additional charge no later than seven (7) days prior to the performance. If the group is arranged within seven (7) days before a performance, tickets can then be picked up at the box office or at will call the night of the performance. There are no refunds or exchanges once final payment has been made.
