Sasha Cooke, mezzo-soprano

Mezzo-soprano Sasha Cooke won First Prize in the 2007 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, which led to her debut in the Kennedy Center‘s Terrace Theater. Ms. Cooke already has an impressive range of performances under her belt, including a lead role at the Metropolitan Opera, and solo performances with the Orchestra of St. Luke‘s and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Cooke received her bachelor‘s degree from Rice University‘s Shepherd School of Music and her master‘s degree from The Juilliard School.
