The Rev. Eleanor Ellsworth, Episcopal priest and educator, is the Senior Associate Rector at St. James by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. A priest since 1990, she has served in the dioceses of Washington (DC), Maryland, West Tennessee and San Diego. A former academic and university administrator, Ms. Ellsworth is an advocate for women‘s empowerment and social justice through her “Church and the World” work at local, national and international levels. Also an advocate for the arts, she has served on numerous educational and community boards and currently sits on the Board of Directors of La Jolla Music Society.
