Marcus Overton, lecturer

Marcus Overton is a past Artistic Administrator for La Jolla Music Society. His 40-year career in arts management includes senior management positions at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Ravinia Festival, nearly nine years as Senior Manager of Performing Arts at the Smithsonian Institution and - at the invitation of Gian Carlo Menotti - the General Manager's post at Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston, South Carolina.
