About the Performance:
La Jolla Music Society shows its continued support of the creation of new works with an evening featuring commissions from composers Huang Ruo and Kaija Saariaho. Also featured this evening are Christopher Rouses's Ku-Ka-Ilimoku and Ogoun Badagris and Ground Swell by Guggenheim Fellowship recipient Steven Mackey.
